The Hardest Bedtime Yoga Routine

This bedtime yoga routine is not for the faint of heart. It pushes your body while preparing you for rest.

Start with a deep squat hold for one minute. Follow it with a slow transition into a seated forward fold.

Next, hold a plank for 45 seconds. Lower slowly into a chaturanga and rest in child’s pose.

Then, move into a deep lunge on each side. Finish with a standing forward bend to release tension.

End the routine with a five-minute corpse pose. Breathe deeply and let your body fully relax.
