Spreading Legs And Yoga Flexibility – Stretching Tutorial With Mia Miku in the Sun

Hi everyone welcome to my channel my name is Mia and today we’ll be doing a relaxing yoga routine to prepare for your workout.

let’s get started, for the first exercise lie on your back and lift your legs straight up gently stretching the back of your thighs this helps loosen your joints and stretch your ligaments move slowly and take your time.

Next, slightly spread your legs apart while keeping them elevated then bring them back together holding your heels with your hands this movement stretches the inner thighs and works your knees perform this slowly and steadily for the best effect.

For the next exercise lie on your side and lift one leg up towards your head try to keep your knees straight while holding your toes with your hand to create tension move gently without any sudden motions this stretches the inner and back thigh muscles.

Finally, lie back again and grab both legs extending them straight up try to fully straighten your knees and feel the stretch along your entire legs that’s it for today we prepared and relaxed our body perfectly for the next workout stretching thoroughly to prevent injuries.
