Today we’ll do a short but effective yoga session to feel every muscle in our body if you want to see more of my content check the links in the description and comments.
Now let’s get started. The first exercise is warming up the spine get on all fours with your hands under your shoulders and knees under your hips slow slly arch your back upwards tucking your chin to your chest then lower your belly towards the floor lifting your head.
Next we’ll stretch the chest area stay on all fours extend your arms forward and lower your chest toward the floor focus on the stretch between your shoulder blades and take deep breaths to relax this helps open up the chest and improve posture.
Now transition into the child’s pose sit back on your heels extend your arms forward and rest your forehead on the floor relax your lower back and feel the gentle stretch through your spine then lie on your back for a leg stretch raise your legs straight up slowly Bend and straighten your knees to stretch the back of your thighs.
The final exercise is a lying down split spread your legs apart while keeping them raised and use your hands to guide them lower this deeply stretches the inner thighs and improves flexibility that’s it we’ve stretched our spine chest and legs thoroughly.
