Hi everyone welcome to my channel my name is Mia and today we’ll do a mini yoga session for beginners.

Let’s get started. First exercise, leg to head on the side. IE on your side lift one leg and straighten your knee aiming to touch your head with your toes. Use your hand to hold your foot if needed slowly Bend and straighten the leg. This stretches the back of the thigh and improves flexibility repeat on the other side.
Second exercise, pelvic Circle get on all fours and make soft circular movements with your hips this warms up the inner thighs strengthens the muscles and engages the lower back perform slowly and smoothly.
Third exercise, wide leg stretch on the back lie on your back spread your legs wide and try to touch the floor with your toes while keeping your knees straight. This deeply stretches the inner and back thighs and prepares your body for splits.
Fourth exercise, deep pelvic lunges sit in a lunge position and slowly lower your hips toward the floor to open the inner thighs move gently focus on your breathing and feel the muscles working that’s it our mini workout is complete.
