Now let’s get started. Let’s begin with a simple yet very beneficial exercise lie on your back and lift your legs up gradually lower your legs over your head trying to touch the floor with your toes.
This exercise stretches the hamstrings lower back and improves blood circulation in the lower body. Keep your legs raised and start slowly bending and straightening them Point your toes in different directions inhale as you bend exhale as you straighten. This movement helps improve joint mobility and gently stretches your muscles.
Next we’ll move on to Circular hip movements lie on your back bend your knees and start rotating your hips in a circular motion first clockwise.
Then counterclockwise this movement warms up the inner thighs and improves hip joint Mobility now turn onto your side bend your lower leg straighten the upper one and begin lifting it upwards try to keep the knee straight so the leg remains extended. This Exercise Works on the the back of your thigh and glute muscles.
The final exercise, involves circular movements with your hips and back sit on your knees place your hands on your thighs and begin rotating your hips gently then add spinal movements this helps relieve lower back tension and strengthens your core muscles and that’s it. Today we worked on our muscles relieved tension and added flexibility to our bodies
