Full Mobility Body Session – Simple Stretch at Home

A full mobility body session helps improve flexibility, reduce stiffness, and enhance overall movement.

Start with a gentle neck stretch by tilting your head side to side, forward, and backward to relieve tension.

 

Move on to shoulder and arm stretches, extending your arms across your body and behind your back to loosen tight muscles.

Stretch your lower body with deep lunges, seated forward bends, and gentle spinal twists for better mobility.

Finish with a full-body stretch, reaching your arms overhead and lengthening your spine to feel refreshed and relaxed.
