Unlock Your Flexibility: Best Poses to Open Your Hips

Tight hips can cause discomfort and limit mobility. Regular stretching helps improve flexibility and prevent stiffness.

Start with the Butterfly Pose by sitting with your feet together and knees bent outward. Gently press your knees toward the floor while keeping your spine straight.

 

Try the Lizard Pose by stepping one foot forward into a deep lunge. Lower your elbows to the ground for a deeper stretch and hold for a few breaths.

End with the Pigeon Pose, which provides a deep hip opener. Keep your hips square, extend your back leg, and relax into the stretch.
