YOGA POSES ON THE BED! Relaxation Ritual Before Bedtime

Gentle yoga before bed helps release tension and calm the mind. Stretching on your bed makes it even more relaxing.

Start with a Seated Forward Fold by reaching for your toes. This stretch soothes your lower back and hamstrings.

 

Try Reclining Butterfly Pose by lying on your back with your feet together and knees apart. Let gravity open your hips while you focus on deep breathing.

End with Legs Up the Wall Pose by resting your legs against the headboard. This improves circulation and promotes deep relaxation.
