Hi everyone! I’m excited to invite you to a relaxing yoga session where we’ll go through simple yet effective exercises. This practice is designed to stretch and warm up your body, leaving you feeling refreshed and relaxed.
We’ll start with the Child’s Pose, a gentle and grounding posture to help release any tension in the back. From there, we’ll flow into some easy twists to loosen up your spine and shoulders, improving overall mobility.
Next, we’ll focus on stretching the thighs and hamstrings with a Half-Split stretch, which targets flexibility in your legs. This stretch will help lengthen the muscles, improving both flexibility and strength in your lower body.
